As with all large bookkeeping businesses, uniformity of service is of paramount importance in order to achieve ongoing success and build a solid professional reputation. As a Jim’s Bookkeeping Franchisor, you will act as the facilitator between the customer and Jim’s Bookkeeping principles.

As a Bookkeeping Franchisor you have responsibility over the selection and support process for a wide range of Franchisees, and you must ensure standards are maintained – thus providing greater customer satisfaction.
This role is important in our Divisional objective in terms of growth. A local Bookkeeping Franchisor will be expected to provide greater support to his/her Franchisee network as a mentor and a business leader.
Jim’s Bookkeeping is part of the Jim’s Group, one if the largest franchising network in Australia with nearly 50+ divisions, and with divisions in New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada.​There are almost 4,000 franchisees in the Jim’s network.
